$750 Agent Referral Fee
Licensed real estate agents can earn a $750 referral fee when they refer a client to Stetson Property Management for full-service leasing and ongoing property management. Stetson must place the tenant and take over management of the property to qualify, and the referral fee is paid after the first month’s rent is collected. We protect your client relationship, never compete with you for the sale, and when your client is ready to sell, they go back to you.
Referral fees apply to licensed real estate agents who refer a new client to Stetson Property Management for full-service property management. A
$750 referral fee is paid when Stetson handles the leasing and tenant placement and remains as the ongoing property manager. If the property is already leased, or Stetson does not handle the leasing and tenant placement, the referral fee is
$250 for the management referral only. Referral fees are paid after applicable onboarding requirements are completed and, for the $750 referral, after Stetson places the tenant and the first month’s rent is collected. Additional terms may apply.
